Privacy

Your video. We delete your upload, your copy and its before-and-after 7 days after your copy is ready. You can delete them sooner, at any time, from your account page. Once they're deleted, neither you nor we can get them back, so download your copy first.
What we keep.
- Your email address, your orders and your hours.
- That you confirmed you have the rights to each file.
- For each job: the file name, the date, the version of our model, and a fingerprint of the title. The fingerprint is a few numbers worked out from some frames and the sound. It can't be used to rebuild your video.
- If you try 5 minutes for free: the email address you give, to confirm it and send you the result, until that email goes out (or for a day, if it's never confirmed). After that, only a scrambled form of it, for a month, so each address gets one free try a month.
- To stop misuse of our "try 5 minutes for free" offer and of sign-in emails: a scrambled form of your internet address (never the address itself), for 7 days.
What we don't keep. Your card number (the payment company holds it), or any tracking or advertising data.
Problem reports. When you report a problem, you can choose to share short clips around the moments where you saw it. We keep them for 30 days, or until the report is closed. You can withdraw them at any time.
Who sees your data. Only RerunHD, the cloud and storage companies we use to run the service, and the payment company.
The app. On your own graphics card, your video never leaves your home. Once a day the app downloads our list of cancelled licence keys. It's the same file for everyone and sends nothing about you. If you use the app with your hours, it sends your video to our cloud just as the website does, and everything on this page applies.
Emails. We only email you sign-in links, your licence key, and a short note when a video is ready, needs more hours, or couldn't be finished; for a free try, the link that confirms it and its result. No marketing.
Your rights. Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, at any time: support@rerunhd.com. Deleting your account deletes your files, the names of your videos and your email address. We keep only the payment records a business has to keep, with nothing that says who you are.
