Refunds

No refunds after you download. There are no refunds once the upscaled media is downloaded, but credits may be applied if there is an issue: report a problem on the job and we'll look at it.
A failed job costs nothing. If a job fails, its hours come straight back.
Late orders. If your copy is late, the order is refunded in full. If a rush is late, the rush fee is refunded in full, automatically.
Switching plans. If you switch plans, unused hours will be credited to your new plan. You can switch in the middle of a month. You can have one plan at a time; for more hours in a month, buy a pack.
Cancelling. Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
