Terms of service

RerunHD is a service of Dehydrated Delicacies, LLC.

• Only upload what you have the rights to. That means video you own or have permission to copy and change, like copies of DVDs you own or your own recordings. You confirm this every time you order.
• We don't copy discs. We don't rip discs, break copy protection, or hand out copies of anyone's work without permission.
• Your copy is yours. We never publish or share it, and it's deleted with the rest of your files (see Deleting your files).
• Deleting your files. We delete your upload and your copy 7 days after your copy is ready. You can delete them sooner, at any time, from your account page. Download links are private and stop working after a while.
• Hours. Plan hours renew every month, and half of any unused plan hours carry over for one month. Hours from a pack never expire. For refunds, see Refunds.
• Delivery times. Your copy is ready within 24 hours of your upload finishing. If it's late, the order is refunded in full. A rush order covers up to 4 hours of video and is ready within an hour of your upload finishing. If a rush is late, the rush fee is refunded in full.
• The app. The RerunHD app is free. You can use it with your hours to upscale in our cloud. To upscale on your own graphics card, you need a licence. A licence is for you, on your own computers at home: you can't share it or resell it. The app comes as it is. It includes ffmpeg, which has its own licence (the GPL), included with the download.
• Copyright complaints. If you think your work was uploaded without permission, see Copyright (DMCA). We close accounts that keep uploading other people's work without permission, straight away and with no refund.
