Guaranteed within 24 hours, usually around 8. And if we're ever late, it's free! Rush an order to have it ready in just one hour!
One hour or less. Rushed hours count double, and if we're late, we drop the fee.
Concerts and shows shot on video can play at a smooth 60 frames a second. Included with Collector; on other plans it uses hours twice as fast, or stays at 30 for free.
A rush covers up to 4 hours of video per order, ready within an hour of the upload finishing; any more of the order runs at the normal pace and price. One free rush a month with a plan; unused ones don't carry over.

Recommended: an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 or an AMD Radeon RX 7600, or better (estimated). Tested on the Radeon RX 9070 XT and the GeForce RTX 3090, 4090 and 5090; expected on the Radeon RX 7000 and 9000 series. AMD runs on Linux today; Windows on AMD is coming soon. On Windows, AMD will need a Radeon RX 7700 or better, or an RX 9000 series card; the RX 7600 will be in preview, and the RX 6000 series isn't supported there.
